2024 Annual Winter Fest Holiday Event

Join HFM on Sunday, December 15, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. for a Breakfast Reception and Educational Presentation sponsored by Sanofi at The Westin, National Harbor.  

After,we’ll hop on over to the Gaylord National Harbor and enjoy complimentary tickets to the show *Cirque: Spirit of Christmas*, followed by admission to *ICE! featuring A Charlie Brown Christmas* – a dazzling, immersive holiday experience that brings the beloved story to life. (Tickets provided by HFM).

**This event is open to patients with a bleeding disorder and their immediate family members only. 

 **RSVP Responsibly:** Please RSVP thoughtfully and with intention. No-shows and late cancellations impact HFM’s valuable resources.  

**Cancellation/No-Show Policy:** If you RSVP but do not attend or cancel after the deadline, a cancellation or no-show fee will apply. This fee will be determined per event and reflect the actual costs incurred by HFM due to your absence.  

**Event Attendance:** Attendees must arrive by **9:30 a.m.** and remain for the full duration of the event to participate.  

**Parking Information:** Parking is not provided. Please plan accordingly. There are several local parking garages available nearby.
