2025 HFM Fall Festival

Location: Summers Farm, 7503 Hollow Road, Middletown, MD 21769
Join Hemophilia Foundation of Maryland for an evening of fall fun! Event starts at 4:00 p.m. with free admission to the farm and activities. At 5:30 p.m., we will meet at Camp Fires 10 & 11 for a light dinner, Camp Fire activities and visits with our vendors. The event will conclude with a firework show at 7:30 p.m. Bring your camp chairs and lawn blankets!
